Burj Khalifa at night

At night the Burj Khalifa takes on a whole new dimension. The light installations and the reflections of the city lights create a spectacular scene. The tower and the skyline around it merge into a symphony of light that fascinates architecture professionals and visitors alike.

The view from the top of the Burj Khalifa

The view from the top of the Burj Khalifa gives you a panorama of Dubai and the desert in the distance. From a height of almost 830 metres, the whole architecture of the city gets a new perspective, and the sheer scale of the tower becomes even more impressive. The experience combines technical fascination with the beauty of a panoramic view.

The Burj Khalifa is not only an architectural record but also a technological feat. Thousands of workers from many countries worked on its construction, often in very demanding conditions. I will write more about that in the coming posts.

This is just the start of a series exploring architectural gems around the world, seen through an expert eye and a professional understanding of structures.

In the next post: who built the Burj Khalifa?
